I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Roche (Indianapolis, IN) in Sep 2020
Interview
First an HR interview, then a Q&A session of approx. 45-60 min with two Managers and then a thirs interier with a senior director finance, which asked several questions about the person ti person interaction.
First round: an HR call to understand my motivation.
Second and final round: an interview with managers, 1h.
What I found: the process can take a long time, but was carefully and professionally planned. Even though I did not get the job, as a candidate I was treated fairly with sufficiently transparent information. Therefore, a generally positive experience.
