Bewerbung musste online eingereicht werden (mitlerweile ja Standard). Danach dauerte es ca. drei bis vier Wochen bis ein Anruf vom Recruiting kam und ein Termin für das Telefoninterview vereinbart wurde. Das Telefoninterview bezog sich auf den Lebenslauft und auf spezifische Projekte, welche ich im Rahmen des Studium oder meinen Jobs hatte. Nach ca. 1 Woche wurde ich zum on-site Interview eingeladen. Dort wurde nochmals spezifisches Fachwissen abgefragt und typische Personalerfragen gestellt (Stärken / Schwächen, wieso Roche). Alle Gespräche wurden auf Englisch geführt. Zwei Wochen später bekam ich die Zusage.
