Interview
First, they called me for a phone interview which took 1 hour, they invited me over for a face to face interview at the end of the call.
This second interview was face to face but with the same person who asked me pretty much the same questions than the phone interview. The following day, they called me to confirm a third interview that was going to be with the manager of the role, my boss basically. I found him quite rude with judgmental comments and asking once again the same questions than in the other 2 interviews.
The last part of the process process was supposed to be an assessment centre which I was never invited to and that I would have declined anyway. They never even bothered to inform me that I wasn't successful or give me some feedback.

Insgesamt 3 Runden, die letzte bestand aus einem sog. "Assessment Center". HR Person in der 1. und 3. Runde anwesend gewesen und hat stets für einen reibungslosen Ablauf gesorgt. Line Manager in der 2. und 3. Runde anwesend - man konnte allerdings in der 3. und letzten Runde an der Körpersprache merken, dass Line Manager sich gegen mich entschieden hatte.
Process was relatively quick with good amount of stakeholders involved. I got multiple questions related to my background and way of thinking. I enjoyed the interview rounds as these gave me options to present myself.

There is a pre-interview with an HR agent, and if the pre-screening goes OK, You have a chance to have an interview with the hiring manager(and there was another hiring manager) The interview went really well, friendly and pleasant atmosphere
