2 set of interviews. First interview with HR and Operations. 2nd is the National Manager and direct supervisor. Interview process is smooth and good technique with the candidate's assessment. Within a week the decision will be made.
First they introduce themselves und u should prepare ur introduction (backround, why this position, etc..) Very friendly and fast feedback, mostly question about ur workstyle and stragedy and ur expirience

Can u tell us about a situation, when sth. did not work out as planned?
Average interview experience performed by foreigner boss. Quite a few questions were asked but I did not answer well. If I have a second chance, I will be less shy and more confident to show case my personalty during the interivew.
