      I interviewed at Roche

      Interview

While I can appreciate the tediousness of a lengthy and in depth interview process, I was extremely disappointed by the demeanor of upper management in their assessment of my talent. By the time my fourth interview came around, I had been getting great and positive feedback from the recruiters, hiring manager, and also potential co-worker in the same position. However, once I reached a 1:1 interview with the president of NA operations, she already had her mind made up about me. Asking questions in a manner that were more statements to me than really exploring what I was capable of.

      Question 2
