The process began with a phone screening by a recruiter, lasting less than 30 minutes. This was followed by a one-hour interview with a team of two members. The next phase was expected to be an interview with the hiring manager, but I didn’t progress to that stage. I didn’t encounter any obvious challenges, mistakes, or difficulties in answering the questions during the interviews. As a result, it’s hard to determine what went wrong or why I wasn’t selected to proceed further. The interview was conducted online (despite being listed as taking place in Basel — Glassdoor doesn’t offer an option to specify online interviews).
