At first, everything seemed professional and seamless, but then it took a downturn. During the first discovery call, they didn't conclude how many interviews or what types of interviews I could expect. Then, after conducting four rounds of interviews, which took about 2.5 months (they disappeared for four weeks without any communication), they said they had chosen someone else for the position without giving any meaningful feedback (which they promised). Then they reopened the same job ad the next day. I was very disappointed with how it turned out. They should handle applications much more professionally and not waste people's time.
