The interview was based on a 30 minutes phone interview with the HR manager and the Manager who i was supposed to work for. After that they asked me to go at their location (Basel) for another interview. they reimbursed the travel expenses. The phone interview was based on my experiences, why I chose to apply for that position and why roche. In Basel they focused a little bit more on details of the resume, asked to explain my academic choices such as Exchange periods, projects, and so on. The atmosphere was highly informal, although i showed up in a suit (and i believe you are still supposed to do it).
