I applied online. I interviewed at Roche in Oct 2015
Interview
I received an email from the hiring manager that contained a link to a google shared excel sheet, where He wanted us to enter our availability to come to the campus for on-site interview. As I lived far away, I could not come on site. So He was kind enough to organize a phone interview me the same week. And I had my interview the following week.
I was interviewed by one of the IT developer where I was asked a lot of behavioral questions for a duration of 45-60 minutes on phone session.
After the Interview, I was told I would be gotten back to by the HR if I was a great fit. It took 2-3 months if not more before I was reached out to by the HR who apologized for the delay in response and told me about the offer. Where we worked out a starting date based on my schedule.
In general, it was a pleasant experience
