Interview
I received two phone calls from Quicken Loans, the first one introducing the job position that I was applying for and also explaining Quicken Loans, some of its values, and what it can do for one's career. After this step, the recruiter and I scheduled a phone interview.
The recruiter called about a week later at the scheduled time. My recruiter did not seem interested in technical ability and asked questions that focused more on behavior and job history.
Finally, the recruiter called back explaining whether or not I had been selected.
Although I was not selected for the position, I appreciated the fast response time between stages of the interview process.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Quicken and not your current job?
Multiple phone interviews followed by an in-person interview with three main stakeholders in the position. Followed a typical interview but also included a quiz on how to solve several riddles.
It was a multi-stage interview. First-round was a phone screen with HR, where they try to gauge general interest in Quicken Loans / Detroit. The final round was with multiple people on the team that you would work directly with.
