First there is a phone screening from a recruiter. They are looking for a culture fit. If they think you're a good fit, you then have an in-person interview with multiple people. You may be called back for a 2nd interview. Once you get a offer letter it's another 2-3 weeks before you can start because of their extensive (super extensive) background checking process.
