The recruiting at Quicken Loans is average at best. They do their job well when they are not busy, but during high volumes they do not manage applicants well by failure to respond to voicemails and difficulty getting any communication. I actually received a phone call from their team first, and was told to call them back. I called back and go no answer. I called about 4 more times throughout the week with no success. Finally, after contacting someone not on the recruiting team at all, the recruiter called me back. She was confused as to my urgency…..even tho she was the one who called me first. Overall, once you get past the interview process, the company is great. However, the recruiters are not the best time managers and know little about the job you are applying for.
