first get a call from recruiter- go through resume and she tells you the avg pay the first year is 3500... its not second interview in person with recruiter- cold call on the phone and more resume questions third - interview with vp- tc greenwood or jeff ridly - have u shadow an employee for an hr then talk about the job(that you wont be doing for a year but they say thats what your going to start with) then talk about pay 3500 in first year (also pay that is not realistic or possible to attain in first year) ask why you feel you would be a good fit and what motivates you. 2 days later you get a call and they email a contract
