Interview
Got a call from a recruiter a day after applying. Basic phone screen. Then if everything looks good they give you a face to face interview which is mostly straightforward but some of the questions are challenging. Be sure to explain how you would be a good match with their culture and also have a good reason as to what motivates you to succeed. Also, be prepared to sell yourself and explain why you are different from other candidates and why they should hire you.
Quicken loans is not an easy company to get into, they only select the best of the best.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
