Interview
the was a very long 3-step interview process, including 1 computer-based assessment. there was also a background check/ credit check which probably took the longest. The recruiters would have been more transparent about the work hours
They want to know your sales skills, will ask you questions to see how you can sell them on the skills that you have tio sell, not bad of you are personal and give them emotional appeal.
Series of phone calls very easy. Ask you about culture and work ethic for the most part. They are just looking for hard working people who are self motivated. I know some people had zoom calls but mine were just phone calls. They want you to accept the offer within a couple days as well which I found annoying.
Two calls with a recruiter, one in person interview with a director, and a final call with recruiter to receive job offer. I enjoyed the experience but wish it would have been a little quicker!
