The process was well managed and focus on key skills of the position. There was no useless ds/algo problems. Everything was real world application. I went through three rounds of interviews. First was a phone screen with my recruiter to get more information about my background. The second was a short technical interview with a handful of engineers on the team and consisted of basic swift interview questions. The final interview tasked me with building a swift application while screen sharing with 3 team members.

The first call was to setup the second call which is a 15 minute resume review and 1 behavior question. It was very brief and ended on a positive note.
