Right away I knew they had already selected someone else and I was filling a quota based on being told they wanted to finalize hiring someone weeks before - not an impressive thing to say. Explained in detail what they do, but did not ask pertinent questions regarding sales philosophy and attack plans - the two interviewers could not have been less interested in a dialogue.
