The interview was fairly standard, I met with three studio leaders plus the head of HR. I had to go through my portfolio with each one, which meant the whole process took some time. One studio leader told me on the spot he was looking for someone with more work experience, the other suggested I might be a good fit. Everyone was friendly, yet businesslike.
