I submitted my application via the website, and received an email 1 week later from HR asking whether I was keen with the job. 1 week after HR replied, they emailed a list of questions to answer before the interview. Only after submitting my answers, HR will schedule an interview with the hiring manager. After the 1st interview, if you are shortlisted, there will be a 2nd interview with the Directors. You will be notified by HR around a week or two after the 2nd interview if you are offered the job.
