Interview
Two interviews.
First with the director who asked me the usual questions: why do you want to work for us, what compensation are you looking for, etc. Then he asked me to fill a questionnaire about c++. Time allocated was 20 minutes, with my modest understanding of the language I did it in 10. Basic questions on lambda functions, object slicing, smart pointers.
Second interview with team lead, HR rep and project manager. Same questions and also a question on basic statistics.

See description above, the questionnaire on c++ were 10 code snippets and one had to find the big or complete the function call. Anybody with 1-2 years of experience can clear them easily. Review C++ faq on the isocpp website.
A long one with multiple sessions spanning mulitple days. Some are with head of labs and some are with developers; while some are with HR. A real coding implementation needed to be done.

Interview
The interview experience was terrible. Interviewer's behavioral aspects are questionable in first place. Poor communication skill, hustling,skimming through questions,questioning the abilities of the interviewee etc. It seemed as if the interviewer had already made up his mind for rejection since the beginning of the interview. Although there were 2 people in the interview panel, one person was mum till the end while the other ran a terrible show.Strange that a company of this caliber relies upon unprofessional people for recruitment activities.
