Recruiter reached out within a week for an interview. He kept emphasizing how fast paced the process is (he seemed proud of it) and said they can give out the offer in two weeks if all works well. Passed first round assessment (IQ test), and the second round AI interview. Got invited to a group interview the following week but I was abroad and asked to reschedule. Was then ghosted for a month and upon reaching out got the notice that the job was on pause but they'd reach back out to resume the process if re-opened. A month later the same job re-opened, but I never got contacted again. Waste of time.

Went through all stages to reach the 4th stage which is quite extensive to complete 8 tasks and prepare a presentation. It took me almost 2 months to reach this stage, as the company progresses very slowly. I spent 1-2 weeks of my own time to complete the 8 extensive tasks and the power point presentation, to then be told that I am not invited anymore for the face to face presentation AFTER submitting all tasks. This has been a huge waste of my time which I could have spent to apply for other jobs. Company does not value the applicant's time and to cancel the interview after receiving all requested tasks from me is quite sneaky and ungrateful of the time spent if not to say wasted.
