      Insight Analyst Interview

      Jun 11, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Rokt

      Interview

Most weird interview ever had. Interviewer are unprofessional. Basically the only question is asking me to talk about my experience & education, then let me talk by myself for the rest 15 mins. Even though they have a list of requirement on job description. I have the impression that they don't care about your skills and the interviewer herself doesn't understand the skills. After reading other posts, it makes sense to me since they have a salesman culture, not a analyst culture.
