I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rokt (New York, NY) in Aug 2020
Interview
The first thing you're asked to do after applying is to complete a Cognitive Aptitude Test. It's 50 questions in 15 minutes, and it's used to determine your adaptability and ability to learn on the fly. Take it seriously, and try to take some free practice tests beforehand if possible. Following this test, I had about 5 different interviews and a presentation before receiving an offer. It was nerve-wracking, but everyone I encountered along the way was very helpful! I was able to reach out for clarification when needed, and the Rokt team made it a point to stay in contact throughout the process. The entire process was remote due to COVID, which is probably why it took about a month to complete and receive an offer. Make sure to be familiar with Zoom and Google Hangouts!
Had many layers including initial phone, team manager, team lead, manager’s manager, and finally the culture interview. Everyone was friendly and nice but I could tell that they were being pretty cut throat
There was an initial phone screen, and then there were a few rounds of interviews with a few members of the sales team and hiring team , more senior as you progressed.
