Very amateur approach to interviewing. Met with recruiter than someone who was recently in the role. The 2nd interview was essentially all the eye roll questions "tell me about yourself" "where do you see yourself in 5 years" etc etc. Not professional at all. Most people I train to interview are more prepared with better questions that actually give a candidate a platform to demonstrate their best selves, not spit off some pre-rehearsed speech to the standard sub-par questions. Disappointing considering the person said L&D was core to the business functions.
