Interview
The interview process was great and extremely organized. Rokt HR was super swift in getting back to me. I received nothing but positive feedback after all 3x interviews (including the presentation round) as well as the cognitive aptitude test. I ultimately received a note that despite my strong candidacy I was not being considered further. I responded asking for feedback (assuming the team would be as responsible/helpful as they had been during the interview process) and unfortunately have not received a response which is slightly disappointing considering all of the positive reinforcement/feedback I had received prior.

Interview
The interview process included 4 steps:
1) Phone screen with a recruiter
2) Interview with member of the CSM team
3) Mock Presentation (provided campaign data and prompts to build a client presentation)
4) Behavioral Interview with a member of another team
Overall, it was a challenging but fair process. The entire process took about a month with one step each week (this could have just been due to schedule availability). The recruiters were very responsive and did a check in periodically to see how the everything was going as well.

Aptitude test, followed by an interview and concluded with an in-person mock presentation. The presentation required a lot of time to analyze data and felt subjective. Was also required to answer questions as if I was already an employee that was an expert in the products.
