The process started with a CCAT assessment, which tested logical reasoning and pattern recognition. After completing that, I received an invitation to a one-way video interview through Hireflix fairly quickly. In the video interview, you get 2 minutes to think and 3 minutes to record your answer, no retakes. Overall the process moved at a decent pace and felt straightforward so far.
