Applied online in December. Was invited to an in-person interview in January. The overall process and communication were straightforward. There were 2 interviewers, both of them are engineers. The questions covered behaviour (why us, why this role) and technical (explain how you would design a component, what are the limitations of this design etc).

Turbine based questions: design stategies, pressure maps, components of turbine, types of turbine. Earlier projects,questions based on CV. All the major questions were are on turbines only its diagrams and major components and valves in turbine.

Interview was good, asked all the standard questions and asked specific questions by my CV. The technical question was tricky but they were just looking for how you approved the problem rather than finding the correct answer.
