Interview
Firstly, send your CV to the hiring manager, you will get respond very quickly. Then, you will receive a telephone brief interview where you need to talk something about yourself. The final step is to visit the factory on site. You will be interviewed by a manager and a manufacturing team leader. Normally, the interview lasts 1-2 hours which depends.

very straight forward an simple - basic questions - just understand the basics of a jet engine and you will be fine - you need to have a good cv to get past the ats scanners
