Online Application, then Online test which includes SJT and Numerical reasoning. After that, you get invited to the assessment centre. I can't really remember much but there is a group exercise to make a plane according to customer specs and present with your team, then there is technical interview, which is sort of like writing an exam because they give you a paper with questions and tell you to write what you think the answers would be. You also do your presentation which you prepared before coming. After your presentation, follow up questions would be asked and its similar to competence based interview.
