There was an interview and then an assessment center with several other candidates. The management and the HR support were very open and I got a positive impression. There was a whole assessment day with various excercises

Interview stage was quite straight forward where they asked about competencies. Presentation was hard as you have limited time to present something complex, I recommend practicing a few times before hand with a timer.

Warm and welcoming, yet challenging nonetheless. You have to do an initial testing process which involves a mathematical test as well as a situational judgement assessment. You are then invited to an assessment center which lasts about 4-5 hours
