First they took an written exam. And then they invite for interview . Interview pannel was very nice. They make me comfortable. They offer me chai. It went upto 45 min interview. There was 3 stage of interview . 1st was about my reserch work. 2nd was general question on strtuture. 3rd stage was phsycometric or behavioural question.
