I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Columbus, IN) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online for a posted position on their website. About 2 weeks after submitting my application , I got an email for a phone interview. Scheduled the interview. It seemed like it was conducted by a third party (not Rolls-Royce HR). The interview was only 30 minutes long. Standard questions.
Good, some teasers but overall straightforward process. 2 rounds, first one is technical other one is behavioural. There is a cognative assessment at the start, but pretty easy. They take a long time to get back applied in oct got back in march.
My experience is that I was initially invited to a Phone interview, then I had a technical interview via the phone and then finally face to face interview with the hiring manager
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, England) in May 2025
Interview
90 minute face to face interview. Interviewers were friendly and guided me through the process of what they were looking for in a candidate. Challenged me on relevant technical details which were based on my background. Only one interview stage which was ideal
