I applied online, finished 4 questionnaires and was invited for a face to face interview at Derby. The interview lasted for 1.5 hours and I got to meet 3 employees and one intern. They also showed me what the team was working on currently. It was an easy process with relaxed environment. It would have been helpful if a member from an HR team was present to answer few questions.
