Roper St. Francis Healthcare Practice Manager interview questions

Started very well, first interview was great met with Director, second interview also great, third interview with peers was a bit odd. I felt as though I wasn't being judged on my skills but rather on how I would fit with other managers

Filled out application online. Called by recruiter couple of days later, then had in person interview few days after that. Peer interview about a week later. Very easy and quick process. No outrageous questions or anything off the wall. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.
