Terrible. A recruiter reached out to me on Indeed and I asked one follow up question to determine whether or not it was a position I would consider. Instead of replying to me, a different recruiter called me twice, even though I requested no phone calls until after my initial question was answered. The recruiter that called me twice then emailed me twice stating he left me a voicemail (he didn't) and to call him back. I replied saying I would prefer an answer to my initial question. He ignored my question and asked me to call him back or provide times we could speak. I said that I was no longer interested in working for Rose International and to please remove me from their mailing list. Instead of reading my email, he once again replied asking for a time to speak. This is truly the worst recruiting situation I've ever experienced. I wouldn't work for this company for triple my salary with how disorganized and disrespectful their process is.
