Online. Remote. Outsourced recruiters. Confusing. Loads of paperwork to upload. Unclear start date. Unclear work days. Unclear how long the work days were to be. Unclear who my direct supervisor was until after training. And even then it was confusing. The work was the work. The process was anything but straightforward. Same recruiter who hired me called one day 4 months later and asked if I had submitted my work hours. I had just logged in to work my shift. I was being laid off.
