I recently had an interview for an HR intern position at Rose International. While the interview went well, I was disappointed to find out that they completely ignored me after the interview. I followed up with several emails but received no response at all. As a job seeker, I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and discouraging. It's important for companies to respect candidates and their time, regardless of the outcome. I hope Rose International will improve their communication in the future.
