Initial communication was very well coordinated. A couple fast, easy, and friendly Phone interviews during the first phase. Partially technical and partially behavioral - to the point. Second phase was on-site in the office. A round of 5 interviewers averaging 30 minutes each. Again, extremely well organized. I was given a list and time frames for all interviewers. Food, lunch, and full reimbursement were offered as well. Had a chance to tour the facility and see the office and culture.
