Friendly, conversational. The interviewer is my manager now and she was highly encouraging. Needed to be prepared to a conduct a 5 minute teaching activity - but this was not daunting at all as the interviewer and I spoke through it with regards to what I am doing right/what to improve on. I did not feel like I was put on the spot, but rather, the dialogue was back-and-forth and very laid back. Great experience overall.
