Straightforward process entailing four interviews with different levels of seniority within the business. As the role is German speaking one of the interviews was held in German. Honest feedback provided and clear processes and timescales outlined.

Interview
I emailed with a person from HR for several days. She scheduled a video interview with the London HR office, the video interview went very well. The interview questions were not high pressure, more interpersonal, about my past experience, and why I wanted the job (motivation). Two days after the video interview, I got a very formal email saying that they had chosen someone else for the position and thanked me for applying.

Interview
Long and complicated but it was worth it. The schedule for the different interviews was really complicated. It's OK if you are not working. Once you're accepted the process goes faster. The interviewers were adequate, polite and smart, down to earth. In general it was a positive experience.
