Submitted application and supplemental questions online. Was contacted two and a half weeks later for a panel interview. Went through a 4-person panel interview. But the interview experience with them was unprofessional. First, I arrived early (at least 10 mins early). But I was not allowed to start the skills test and the interview process until 25 minutes later (so unprofessional). During the interview, the panel seemed somewhat disengaged from the start. Because we had started so late, I felt rushed in answering my questions. Afterward, I was told that I should hear back in 2 weeks. Three weeks later, I had to email them to get a response (like they completely forgot about me).
