When you apply, you will be ranked. Based on that ranked, you will be notified of an interview. You will be scheduled for an interview. The interview is straight forward. The format is several people in a panel. They explained the role clearly and were accommodating to my questions. After the interview, they will let you know that they will do a background check. Sadly, I never heard back from them. In my opinion, nice people but unprofessional how they closed the process out. They are not inclined to notify you regardless if they filled the position or if you did not meet their requirements. That's my only criticism.
