The 3-4 hour interview went well, but what made me loose respect for Ross is the fact that no one had the decency or respect to contact me and let me know that I didn't get the position. I can understand if it was just a phone interview, but to not call after a face-to-face interview leads me to believe that Ross doesn't have any respect for their employees or their potential candidates for employment. What made me think to post this was a recruiter reached out to me about a Business Analyst position at Ross and I immediately turned it down.
