Started with a quick 30 min on-campus interview in late September followed by an invitation to their super day interview in NYC. They paid for all transportation costs, even flights. Super day consisted of individual 30 min interview sessions with 2 senior buyers and planners. The planners were looking for more analytical mindsets and buyers were looking for more conversational people. If you are looking to land the buying position you have to find common ground with your interviewer and make it more conversational instead of a stiff interview. Overall it was a really quick process, took a little over a month from initial interview to final offer.
