Interview
The whole process took about a month. I met the college recruiter at the career fair my college holds, gave her resume and she told me to apply for the position online to get the process going. I did just that and she emailed me about a week or two later to set up a phone interview. She asked me very generic, normal interview questions. She also asked about my excel skills. Then about a week or two later, she called me and told me I have been selected for the final round of the process that is in NYC and be interviewed by 4 SVP's, which sounds super scary but it was actually not that bad. I was interviewed by 2 buyers and 2 planners and they were so nice and made me feel at ease immediately. After the interview, I got a call from the college recruiter to ask about my experience during the interview and hear my thoughts, which was nice and made me think that this company really cares about its employees. I got the final offer about 2 weeks later over the phone!

Tell me about a time you worked in a team that did not work together well
inpersonal, recruiter seemed like she did not want to be there, loud and noisy background. QUick interview boring behavioral questions. We reviewed my resume. Thats reall all. Werid skills tests and excel tests.

Interview
I went through and introduction interview, and was told that the main team lead was on vacation, but would go through formal interviews once they got back. I sent multiple emails in the coming month, even just to get an official NO. The job is still posted and I have never been contacted again.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview went ok but they never closed the loop with me/didn't tell me that they weren't going to proceed with me as a candidate. She asked me about the salary I wanted and seemed taken aback by what I asked for even though I don't think it was unreasonable.
