      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ross Stores in Aug 2018

      Interview

I connected with the recruiter on LinkedIn and completed a really informative phone interview. The recruiter advised that she would share her notes with the hiring manager and get back to me with next steps. I could see the manager reviewed my LinkedIn which is more robust than my resume; I included copies of certifications, awards and samples of my work. Immediately I would told the hiring manager didn't want to move forward with my application; my photo is also on my profile and I suspect this may have had something to do with the immediate decision to close my candidacy.
