Formal, but relaxed. Everyone was very helpful and optimistic at the facility. I was interviewed by 3 individuals at once from separate departments. The interview was fairly quick; I was asked about my previous experiences and my student involvement at my university, it was essentially just a rundown of my resume that they had on hand.

I came in and they had me wait for a while. Found out the managers were barely reading my resume. They were friendly the whole time and asked me questions about specific situations.
