I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Corpus Christi, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
Terrible! I was asked no job related questions. The interview was in the employee break room while other employees were in there on break. It was very informal and honestly extremely unprofessional. Throughout the 20 minute "interview" the manager interviewing me was constantly engaging in other conversations with multiple other employees.
