I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Knoxville, TN) in Oct 2013
Interview
Applied online, your typical stuff really. Had one of those annoying online assessments that have become a norm with jobs nowadays. The end of the assessment ended up being some gibberish number patterns that didn't seem like they had any relevance. Well after I applied I got an interview about 5 days later. Their SPS position ended up be taken so I took sales associate instead. All in all the process took about a week and a half before I started working, General manager was friendly and professional. Says their liable to drug test but I doubt they would, costs too much.
