The interview was over the phone and the store manager spoke to me about all the tasks and things I would be managing. The process was very smooth and easy going

Question 1
How has working for ross developed you on a personal level?
It took about a half hour to an hour. They have an assistant manager or store manager interview you and tell you about the job and company. They ask what position you want if you’re on the retail side because there’s several areas to work in.
It was super smooth. Everyone took the time to. Inform you what to expect and they were super nice. At the end they made sure all questions were answered .
